We need both part time and full time Associates who feel they could develop a track record of finding clients who need financing for their business real estate or for business operations.  Typically, we find that the most successful Account Executives, those who can guide a client through the vagaries of a financing transaction, have a good network in a particular industry of decision makers and business owners.

There are always exceptions to the “typical” however.
